Healthy Artist Cultivation for Tweens & Teens

Karen spearheads a collaborative of musicians and health educators to offer programs consisting of healthy lifestyle education for all ages, with a focus on cultivating creativity for tweens and teens. Budding young artists learn to produce music while supporting a well-balanced lifestyle. 

Our kids programs focus on creative self-expression, particularly in the area of music, such as songwriting, singing and musicianship. We help them cultivate self-confidence and expression, working with instruments, collaborating with other musicians, and developing technical skills of composition and musical production using the latest recording technologies. 

We will provide young people participating in our programs with a safe haven in which they can learn, share and express themselves, while learning how to become a healthy and balanced individuals.
